 A 1/3 down deposit is needed to confirm your reservation (typed confirmation will be sent after deposit is received.)

 Deposits are 50% refundable if notified 30 days in advance, rescheduling is subject to availability.

Balance due upon completion of your hunt.  Payment to be paid by Master card, Visa, or cash

You will be required to sign a “hold harmless” agreement.

Animals will be scored in the field using B&C Gross scoring (no deductions)

We are required to perform a CWD sampling of every animal harvested. For trophies that will be mounted we have an excellent local taxidermist that will skin the head and remove the antlers with base plate.  These will be ready for your taxidermist (or you can make arrangements to have it done by our taxidermist).  The cost for this in 2002 was $65.00 (which included quartering the animal).  Note: All animals tested last year came back negative for CWD.

We can help you make arrangements to have the deer processed (cut, de-boned, wrapped and frozen).  The 2002 price for this was $60.00.

Due to the limited amount of hunts available each year, early bookings are necessary to confirm your hunt.
